Practicing as a nutrition and wellness coach for more than 5 years now, I have been better able to help my clients reach their health & wellness goals.

By becoming a NHI Certified Nutrition and Wellness Coach, I received an in-depth knowledge of nutrition as well as an understanding of behaviours about nutrition.  I work with clients of all ages and fitness levels, and by incorporating healthy diet and supplementation into their training sessions they have seen great results.

Several of my clients have lost 15kgs or more and one amazing client lost 30 kgs!! In addition to losing weight, I educate my clients so that they understand why they are eating what they eat and what the impact of proper nutrition is on their overall health and wellness goals.
